If the following terms and conditions are not accepted or confirmed by the purchaser in the form of an agreement, we reserve the right to refuse processing and the shipping of orders. When an order is placed, the purchaser indicates that they are willing to abide by the regulations of our company.

The usage of any items sold by legitxpress is not something that the company is responsible for in any way. The material found on this website (as well as any other websites linked from or to this site) is presented solely for the benefit of the general public. By reading this information and/or buying products through us, you agree not to bring claims in perpetuity for any damages caused howsoever originating, whether known or unknown, expected or unforeseen, from legitxpress as a business, nor from its officers or directors. 2. No Promotion of Prohibited Substances

We do not make any guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, of any type with regard to the items we sell, unless specifically stated otherwise. This does not affect your statutory rights with regard to the quality of the product or its suitability for a particular purpose.

5. Age Requirement & Import Compliance

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase items from us or make use of our services. If you are younger than 18, we reserve the right to refuse your order.

legitxpress is not responsible for checking the importation requirements and laws for items before they are sent to the customer's country of origin. The purchaser bears all responsibility for any and all legal risks associated with items that are supplied to them, including compliance with the national rules and importation laws of the country to which the products are being delivered.

6. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without prior notice owing to variations in foreign currency rates as well as changes in the expenses associated with fulfilling orders.

7. Product Availability

The availability of items being offered may change at any time and without prior warning.

8. Order Cancellations

Once an order's payment has been finalised, we are unable to accept any cancellations of that transaction.

9. Order Confirmation

After you make a purchase, you will receive an invoice via email containing your username, chosen password, order number, list of products included in your order, and the product specifications for each item. This allows you to check the status of your order while it is being processed.

10. Packaging & Discretion

When we deliver products, we wrap them with carbon photo paper, which prevents X-ray machines from seeing through the wrapping. You have the option of requesting that we disguise your items as something else, such as toys, video cassettes, or another item entirely.

11. Delivery Address

The items you purchase will be sent to the address you provided at the time you placed your order. Please ensure this address is accurate before confirming your order.

12. Shipping & Delivery

Projected arrival times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (Europe): 9–12 business days
  • Express Shipping (Europe): 1–3 business days
  • Standard Shipping (United States): 10–13 business days
  • Germany, Canada & Australia: Standard post only, 12–15 business days (express not available; ordinary post reduces customs seizure risk)

We are unable to accept responsibility for delivery delays that occur on public holidays or as a result of interruptions by the shipping carrier. All anticipated delivery dates are estimates only. We are not responsible for losses, additional charges, damages, or expenses incurred as a result of delivery delays, unless directly caused by our own lack of diligence.

If the customer is negligent and does not collect their products at the post office, or is not at home when the parcel is delivered, we cannot be held accountable to reship the items. Only items confiscated by customs or damaged in transportation are reshipped.

13. Transfer of Ownership

Once you have received the products at your stated address, are in possession of the goods, and have verified their condition, we no longer hold ownership of the goods and are not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged after that point.

14. Customs Seizure Policy

Our success rate for getting orders past customs is:

  • United States: 99.9%
  • Canada & Europe: 99.5%
  • South Africa: 97%

In the rare event that items are confiscated at customs (approximately 1% based on our historical data), we cover 100% of the loss associated with it.

15. Incorrect Shipping Information & Returns

If the customer provides incorrect shipping information, the order may not be delivered to the proper address or may be returned to the sender. In either case, the purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with correcting the information. legitxpress is not responsible for orders lost due to misdelivery or losses incurred as a direct consequence of such errors.

Because we employ a covert delivery technique, we are unable to accept returns on any goods.
