At legitxpress, we are committed to getting your order to you safely, discreetly, and as quickly as possible. Please read the information below carefully so you know what to expect after placing your order.

1. Shipping Partner

Canada Post

All domestic and international orders are shipped exclusively through Canada Post. Every shipment comes with a tracking barcode so you can monitor your parcel from dispatch to delivery.

2. How We Pack Your Shipment

legitxpress ships all packages via Canada Post Tracked & Signature-Free Drop-Off as standard. Orders are dispatched within two business days of payment confirmation. If you require signature-on-delivery or an express service, please contact us before placing your order as these options incur additional charges.

Regardless of the service you choose, you will receive an online tracking link once your parcel has been handed over to Canada Post.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates displayed at checkout include handling, packaging, and postage. Handling fees are fixed; transport costs vary according to the total weight of your order.

  • We recommend consolidating all items into a single order to minimise shipping costs.
  • We are unable to combine two separate orders β€” each order is shipped individually and attracts its own delivery fee.
  • Fragile items receive additional protective packaging at no extra charge.
  • All cargo is shipped at your risk; however, we take every precaution to ensure safe arrival.

4. Delivery Timescales

We process and dispatch orders within 3 to 5 working days of payment confirmation. Please allow additional time around weekends and public holidays.

We make every effort to ship all purchases within three business days. We do not dispatch on weekends, as doing so can result in parcels being held by Canada Post longer than necessary. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

⚠ Important: In extreme circumstances (severe weather, carrier disruptions, or exceptionally high demand), delivery may take up to 15 working days. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel has been scanned into the Canada Post system, you will be emailed your unique tracking barcode. Use this barcode at canadapost.ca or contact Canada Post directly if you have any concerns about your delivery. Once a parcel is in the hands of Canada Post, our ability to intervene is limited, so we encourage you to reach out to the carrier promptly with any queries.

6. Out-of-Stock Items

In the unlikely event that a product you have ordered is out of stock, we will produce or source an identical substitute to ensure your order is fulfilled as quickly as possible. We will notify you before dispatching any substitution.

7. International Delivery

We ship internationally via Canada Post International Tracked.

  • Orders shipped outside Canada with a value under $200 CAD are subject to a fixed shipping fee of $14.99 CAD.
  • Orders over $200 CAD β€” please contact us for a shipping quote before checkout.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country.
  • You will receive a Canada Post tracking barcode by email once your order has been dispatched.
