1. Returns
You may return delivered items within 1-2 days of receipt, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in their original, unopened packaging.
- Items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped.
- Opened or used products are not eligible for return.
- Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Eligible returns will receive a full refund of the purchase price once the item has been received and inspected.
2. Refunds
Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
- Refunds cover the purchase price of the returned item(s) only.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
We take quality seriously. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow the steps below:
- Damaged Product: Contact us immediately upon discovery. We will offer a replacement or a full refund for the damaged item at no additional cost to you.
- Expired Product: Before use, always verify the expiry date printed on your product. If you receive an item with a past-due expiry date, DO NOT USE IT — contact us right away and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
4. Holiday Season Delays
During peak holiday periods, shipping carriers may experience higher-than-normal volumes, which can result in delivery delays beyond our control. We kindly ask customers not to cancel orders or request refunds solely due to carrier delays during these periods.
To ensure timely delivery during the holidays, we recommend:
- Placing your order early to allow extra transit time.
- Tracking your shipment using the tracking number we provide after dispatch.
- Upgrading to express shipping if your order is time-sensitive.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products and the discreet delivery method we employ, certain items are not eligible for return. These include:
- Opened or partially used products.
- Items that have been tampered with or removed from original packaging.
- Products that were correctly shipped but refused or uncollected by the customer.
6. How to Request a Return or Refund

- A description of the issue (damaged, defective, incorrect item, etc.).
- Photo evidence where applicable (damaged or defective items).
